Project Manager Business Support

Your tasks

• You lead operational projects in the area of Operations as well as in the specialist departments of the Business Support division or actively participate in their implementation. In doing so, you take responsibility for achieving project goals as well as for deadlines, costs, and quality.
• You prepare project orders, concepts, business cases, and project documentation, thereby creating a solid foundation for well-informed decisions.
• You moderate workshops as well as project and steering meetings and ensure professional stakeholder management.
• You are responsible for project controlling and report regularly to the divisional management.
• You support customer onboarding during client integrations and implementation projects, coordinate between customers, operations, IT, and other interfaces, and deputise in the event of absence.

Our requirements

• For this position, you bring project experience and an understanding of operational processes in the logistics sector. Your good communication skills and organisational talent also help you to successfully drive projects forward.
• You have completed vocational training in logistics as well as further training in project management.
• You are aware of the responsibility in this role and are motivated to assume it.
• You are described as conscientious, independent, and enjoy advancing processes and elevating them to a professional level.
• Knowledge of French and Italian languages will facilitate your work.
