You work for the Index Services business unit and are responsible for the maintenance and further development of our semi- and fully automated processes. In addition, you take on supportive and administrative tasks for the sales department.
These are your tasks
- You are responsible for the maintenance, timely output, and further development of our semi- and fully automated processes that ensure the regular consolidation processes of index-based financial products (e.g., structured and derivative products, funds)
- You strengthen our internal processes with a focus on the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of customer-oriented documents, especially factsheets and presentations
- Participation and co-responsibility in go-to-market initiatives focusing on building and growing existing and new customers; active role in customer relationships (needs analysis, follow-ups, presentations)
- Your role grows with you: Based on your strengths, additional areas of responsibility can be taken on to gradually expand know-how and responsibility
What you bring with you
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Data Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration or have already completed it
- Ideally, you have gained initial insights through internships/student jobs, show strong IT affinity, analytical conceptual strength, and bring high customer orientation as well as very good communication and social skills
- You are proficient in Excel, Python, and PowerPoint and have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- You are able to work effectively both independently and in various teams and with different stakeholders
