Designer: Workplace System Construction (80-100%)
- Design and further development of workplace systems and operational equipment using CAD according to specifications/orders from department, line, or project managers
- Creation of design drawings and risk assessments as well as collaboration on technical documentation with the Technical Documentation team
- Planning and implementation of small projects as well as procurement of new workplace systems
- Calculation of weight loads and creation of materials and construction types in SAP
- Independent manufacturing and mechanical processing of workplace systems
- Selection of suitable machine and standard components and coordination with suppliers
- Support during relocations, decommissioning, and recommissioning
- Inventory management and procurement of BOSCH components as well as compliance with occupational safety
- Technical basic training, e.g. as a designer, polymechanic, automation technician, or metalworker
- Ideally further education at HF level in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or automation
- At least 3 years of professional experience in profile system construction
- At least 3 years of CAD experience, ideally with Siemens NX
- Further training as a Lean Production Expert and in project management is desirable
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills, helpfulness, and cross-departmental teamwork
