Machine Operator SMD in 2-Shift Operation 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
With enthusiasm for technology and a focus on quality, you are a valuable support for our production team.
Your tasks
- Operation, monitoring and maintenance of an SMT production line (paste stencil printing, paste inspection, placement machines, reflow oven and AOI)
- Carrying out minor maintenance and repair work on machines
- Support in optimising production processes
- Assistance in setting up and converting machines for different series
- Participation in the implementation of continuous improvement processes (CIP) to increase efficiency
Your qualities
- Completed technical training or professional experience in electronics, mechatronics or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in the SMD area
- Good knowledge of hand soldering according to IPC-A-610
- Independent, precise and reliable working method
- Very good team skills and willingness to communicate
- High quality awareness
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts alternating)
- High sense of responsibility and reliability
