Your area of responsibility

• Leading and participating in projects as well as coaching project teams
• Shaping and further developing the OKB
• Developing new solutions and processes
• Creating concepts with the specialist departments
• Responsibility for the Project Management Office of the entire bank
• Promoting customer centricity in projects, as well as overall bank responsibility for the topic of Customer Experience

Your profile

• Degree in business or business informatics, Customer Experience Management or comparable education
• Experience in leading and implementing agile projects
• Practical experience in the financial sector
• Interest in digitalisation and new technologies
• High social competence as well as assertiveness
• Independent, analytical and conceptual way of working
• Team-oriented personality with good communication skills
