- You are the contact person for all HR-related concerns of line managers, employees, and external inquiries
- You advise managers and employees on various consulting topics such as illness, accident, benefits, and behavior
- You coordinate the recruitment process and support line managers during interviews with applicants if needed
- In an agile setup, you work independently in Lausanne and cooperate closely with colleagues from other Swiss regions such as Bern, St. Gallen, Winterthur, and Lugano

- You bring solid HR qualifications that help you successfully master these challenges
- You have several years of professional experience in a comparable role and have an effortless overview of operational HR processes
- Excellent written and spoken French skills. German skills are an advantage
- Your main workplace is the Lausanne location and you have the possibility for smart working. You are flexible in time and location for initiatives and meetings that also take place outside your main location
- You work self-organized, are resilient, and have a high level of self-motivation
