Building Services Planner Heating (m/f/d)

- Development and planning of heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems
- Preparation of cost estimates, specifications, and bid evaluations
- Organisation and implementation of complex construction projects in commercial, residential, and specialised construction
- Analysis of market trends and implementation of modern, innovative technologies
- Participation in forward-looking projects and innovation initiatives
Qualifications:
- Completed training in heating or ventilation technology
- Several years of professional experience in the industry, especially in project management and contract handling
- Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form at least at C1 level
- Confident use of CAD software, ideally with experience in 3D planning
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards clients
