Our client is a renowned, innovative and independent engineering and planning company, family-owned, with various locations in Switzerland. The range of services includes building construction, civil engineering, railway construction, structural engineering as well as construction consulting and planning.

For the location Basel (or also possible Zurich) we are looking for a committed, innovative civil engineer who would like to become part of the collegial team.

Your tasks

• Management and coordination of demanding road construction projects in the Basel or Zurich region.
• Responsibility for the planning, tendering and realisation of construction projects.
• Leadership and control of interdisciplinary project teams.
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards.
• Communication and coordination with clients, authorities and other project participants.

Your profile

• Completed studies as a civil engineer (ETH, FH or equivalent).
• Several years of experience in managing road construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Good German skills in spoken and written form.
