About the job

• Central interface between business and IT to actively support the specialist departments in the area of administrative healthcare solutions
• Optimization, stabilization, and further development of business processes using SAP and non-SAP solutions
• Participation in the implementation of the USB digitalization strategy, especially in the introduction of a new HIS, the replacement of IS-H, and the use of new technologies
• Implementation of change requests and projects in a SAFe organization including analysis, testing, documentation, and implementation
• Ensuring stable application operations as well as sustainable improvement of system performance and process quality (monitoring, second-level support, training)

• Solid IT education (EFZ, HF, FH/Uni or equivalent) with initial practical experience in application or IT support environment
• Basic knowledge of SAP environments, ideally in the SAP IS-H module or experience with applications from the hospital environment; knowledge or practical experience in a SAFe organization is an advantage
• Analytical and structured thinking to evaluate requirements from business and IT processes regarding feasibility, risks, and cost-effectiveness
• High service and quality orientation, combined with a sense of responsibility in handling sensitive data
• Teamwork and strong communication skills in interprofessional collaboration with specialist departments, IT teams, and external partners
