You support the clinic manager in daily leadership tasks and take over personnel and organisational management in their absence. Optimising processes, taking responsibility for defined areas, and actively participating in ward routines are also part of your future responsibilities. Training in the specialty and leadership is conducted very carefully and in a structured manner.

How to become part of our team
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH and have professional experience in oncology and/or acute care
- You have oncology specialist training or the willingness to undertake it
