To support our product management team, we are looking for you at our headquarters in Sarnen with immediate effect or by arrangement as

Product Manager Basic Products, 80-100%

In this exciting role, you are responsible for the product and service portfolio in the area of basic products (accounts, cards) of the OKB and continuously develop it further.

Your area of responsibility

Maintenance and further development of the product and service offering

Leadership and participation in cross-departmental projects

Planning and implementation of digitalisation (products, services, processes)

Maintenance of prices, interest rates and fees

Definition of product strategy and roadmap

Ongoing monitoring of competitors as well as regulatory developments

Coordination and alignment with various external partners and product providers

Responsibility for the further development of the assigned modules in the core banking system Finnova

Training and professional support of the front offices in case of queries

Your profile

Higher education degree (university/FH/HF) or basic banking training with appropriate further education

Professional experience in the financial services sector

Good knowledge of project management

Good market and product knowledge in the area of basic products (accounts, cards)

Good IT understanding

Knowledge of the core banking system Finnova is an advantage

Committed personality with high social competence and assertiveness

Independent, analytical and conceptual way of working
