To strengthen our core team (nursing and social pedagogy), we are looking for you for our neuropsychiatric specialised ward for people with intellectual developmental disorders at the Clinic for Consultation, Geriatrics and Neuropsychiatry from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement as

• You support the interdisciplinary treatment team with agogic issues as well as challenging behaviours and provide solution approaches
• In the role of daily reference person, you take on individual case-related, participative promotion and care of specifically assigned patients
• You design the daily structure in collaboration with the core team and other specialist departments
• You support the systemic approach with the patient’s social environment
• You share responsibility for the implementation of the treatment plan

• You have successfully completed training in social pedagogy and already have professional experience, preferably experience working with people with intellectual developmental disorders and/or challenging behaviour
• You are flexible, committed, resilient and a responsible personality with enjoyment in demanding patient care in a lively environment
• You are interested, self-initiated and ready to contribute your expertise within the framework of an overall treatment plan in the multidisciplinary team
• You speak fluent German and have a confident command of common Office applications
