What you should bring

• Completed training as a plastics technologist or boat builder or related professions such as carpenter with a federal certificate of competence and several years of professional experience, ideally in the plastics industry
• Enthusiasm for various processes in composite technology
• Completion of a pedagogical further education (SVEB1 / Trainer FA) or willingness to acquire it
• Enthusiasm for training as well as didactic and pedagogical topics
• You express yourself skilfully and love to work in a team
