Intern Social Service (m/f/d) 60 - 80%

• Advice and support for patients in the areas of work, daily structure, housing, finances, legal issues, social insurance, etc.
• Co-organization of follow-up care
• Involvement of family systems, employers, etc.
• Coordination and exchange with external specialist offices/persons
• Participation and contribution to interdisciplinary meetings and reports
• Case documentation and other administrative tasks

• Studies at a university of applied sciences in social work, focus on social work (mandatory)
• Interest in a one-year internship in the psychiatric field
• Independence, sense of responsibility, curiosity, enjoyment of teamwork
