Project Manager Medium Calibre (m/f/d)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Support of internal development and investment projects of RWM Schweiz AG and RWM GmbH in the medium calibre portfolio with a technical focus
Monitoring of requirements management in all development-relevant aspects, especially in internal projects and with subcontractors
Planning and conducting design reviews as well as coordinating project and acceptance meetings (internal and customer-side)
Planning internal qualifications ensuring coordination of all relevant stakeholders
Support in strategy development considering manufacturing, resource, and export control framework conditions/guidelines
Ongoing tracking of all projects and ensuring transparency and currency of all project metrics in the PM platform
Ensuring reporting obligations towards RWM GmbH and RWMS including regular, target group-appropriate reporting of certain projects in the specified level of detail
Participation in profitability and market analyses in cooperation with the relevant departments

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

Completed technical degree or comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on design
Several years of practical experience in operations advantageous, ideally with a defence technology background
Professional experience in project management with a technical focus
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Willingness to travel for work and to undertake short-term stays abroad
Strong organisational talent and the ability to coordinate complex technical projects in a structured manner and maintain an overview
Independent, goal-oriented and flexible working style with high adaptability in a dynamic project environment
Communicative, assertive personality with experience in moderating project and stakeholder meetings
Team-oriented working style and the ability to coordinate and successfully bring together interdisciplinary stakeholders

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

40-hour week (plus 1 hour catch-up time for bridge days)
5 - 6 weeks holiday (depending on age)
100% continued payment of salary in case of illness up to max. 730 days
