- Acquisition of mandates in the FM sector
- Technical and administrative management of an FM team
- Optimise resources, reduce consumption, manage simple and complex properties in FM
- Perform and coordinate on-call service
- Good relationships with colleagues
- Good relationships with clients
This is what characterises you.
- Training as an AFC electrician fitter or refrigeration technician, CVRS specialist or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in the indicated sectors is preferred, as well as activity in Facility Management
- Experience in the overhaul of pumps and electric motors, mechanical/pneumatic doors and gates, cooling components
- Good knowledge of maintenance/repair of CVRS-E systems
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
- Knowledge of a second language: German or English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a predisposition for teamwork and team management
- Willingness to take responsibility and able to work independently
- Availability for flexible work, including evenings and/or weekends
- Initiative and enterprise in acquiring new clients
- Knowledge of the Italian Swiss market and in the field of Property & Facility Management
- Residence in the Canton of Ticino
- Knowledge and ease of use of IT tools with iPad or Tablet, and specific FM software
- Knowledge of German and/or English. French is desirable.
