The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers around 450 people with disabilities protected workplaces and day structures. The employees are guided at work by 180 specialist staff.

For our team in Packaging & Services, we are looking for a humorous, flexible and motivated specialist employee from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
These are your tasks
- Leadership, guidance and promotion of employees in the secondary labour market as well as conducting employee interviews and accompanying their development.
- Planning, organisation and monitoring of work processes as well as ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordination and collaboration in production and packaging, including ensuring timely fulfilment of production orders.
- Responsibility for staff deployment planning, holiday planning, time management as well as training and induction of new employees.
- Assumption of administrative tasks, material management as well as close cooperation with internal departments and informing supervisors about relevant topics.
- Active embodiment of the values of the St. Jakob Foundation as well as promoting a respectful, team-oriented and safe working culture.
