- First contact: Thanks to proactive lead generation in the B2B sector through targeted telephone acquisition, you will develop new potentials
- Company representation: By providing comprehensive information about our services, you will represent the company externally
- Sales support: You will effectively support our sales team, e.g., by carefully preparing the information you have gathered
- Data maintenance: You will take care of maintaining and expanding our contact database
Your profile – contra 08/15, PRO YOU
- Education: Completed technical or commercial training or comparable qualification.
- Work experience: You bring initial practical experience in telemarketing
- Expertise: You have a good technical understanding and solid user knowledge of MS Office programs, ideally also with CRM systems
- Personality: You are agile, highly motivated, and enjoy working in a team. You think sales-oriented and have a pronounced service and service mentality. Additionally, you are characterized by reliability, resilience, and an independent working style.
- Language skills: Very good Swiss German and French skills as well as good English skills for communication in an international environment
