- Professional certificate in financial planning or insurance
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the BVG and pension sector
- Broad and well-established network in the region
- Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
- High independence and flexibility
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
