To complement the well-coordinated team in the Private Equity and M&A Practice, we are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented, and open personality as a Transactional Risk Broker.
This is what you can expect
- Advising and supporting our clients in M&A transactions and the transfer of liability risks from the purchase agreement
- Advising clients on the selection, structuring, and placement of M&A risk insurance solutions (especially Warranty & Indemnity Insurance)
- Brokerage and negotiation of M&A risk insurance policies in the international environment with a focus on M&A transactions in Switzerland
- Collaboration with consulting lawyers, investment banks, and other M&A advisors of our clients
- Collaboration with our Marsh network
This is what you bring
- Solid education in law (law degree is an advantage) or in the finance sector (investment banking)
- At least 2 years of experience related to M&A transactions (at a law firm, an M&A consulting company, or an investment bank)
- German or English as a native language, or fluent in both languages (additional languages are an advantage)
- Independent, responsible, and curious personality with a professional, confident appearance
- Efficient, reliable, and solution-oriented working style combined with a pronounced service mindset
