Head of Group Controlling

As a direct partner of the Group CFO, you assume responsibility for controlling and consolidation at Group level. You manage Management Reporting, analyse the financial and operational performance of the various entities and provide the CFO and management with reliable and relevant decision-making bases. Budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning are also part of your responsibilities, as is the coordination of quarterly and annual consolidations. In close collaboration with local financial managers, you identify the main levers of results, margins, costs and cash flow and translate your analyses into concrete recommendations.

Beyond financial management, you play a decisive role in the evolution of the Group's Finance and Controlling structures. You harmonise reporting, planning and consolidation processes, define common standards and ensure the quality and reliability of data. You continue the development of Emasphere as a central platform and advance the digitalisation and automation of processes. The integration of new companies, your participation in strategic and M&A projects as well as the functional management of local controllers and financial managers complete your scope of action. The Group's development offers you real scope for manoeuvre. Some processes are already well established, others still need to be harmonised or adapted to the new dimensions of the organisation. You know how to set priorities, bring structure without overburdening processes and implement pragmatic and sustainable solutions. You are comfortable in an environment where not everything is yet fixed and where your ability to combine financial rigour, business understanding and entrepreneurial sense makes the difference.

You have a higher education in business management, finance, controlling, accounting or a comparable field and have several years of experience in Group Controlling, ideally within an international or decentralised organisation. You master consolidation, Management Reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Experience with a consolidation tool – ideally Emasphere – as well as excellent knowledge of Excel and ERP systems complete your profile. Analytical mind, autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to convince characterise you. You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French is an asset.
