The Fribourg Correctional Facility consolidates the enforcement institutions of the Canton of Fribourg. It has the legal form of a public-law institution with its own legal personality. It is administratively assigned to the Department of Security, Justice and Sport and is subject to the supervisory authority of the State Council. The institution ensures the guarding, accommodation, care and treatment of prisoners in its custody and contributes to the implementation of the objectives for the enforcement of custodial sentences and measures.

Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the Workshops and Buildings Department as a member of the management of a large administrative unit
- Leadership and coordination of the workshops, craftsmen, kitchen sections as well as the planning and property management service
- Planning, coordination and support of construction, conversion, maintenance and infrastructure development projects of the FRSA
- Strategic and operational management of the FRSA property portfolio, especially in the areas of planning, maintenance, development and financial management
- Leadership and further development of professional activities for incarcerated persons with the aim of resocialisation and professional reintegration, in accordance with the enforcement plan
- Development, planning and coordination of strategies, concepts, guidelines and projects in the areas of workshops and buildings
Desired profile
- Tertiary education level in construction or project management
- Further training in construction and/or project management
- Federal diploma as an expert in management in deprivation of liberty from SKJV is an advantage
- Several years of leadership experience
- Experience in leadership, project management and strategy development
- Appropriate IT skills
- Very good organisational and analytical skills, strategic thinking and decision-making ability
- Independent, committed and pragmatic personality with high adaptability and resilience
- Ability to collaborate in networks, strong communication and talent to motivate and unite teams
- Very good knowledge of French and good knowledge of German
