For our Small and Medium Business customers (SMB) in the Zurich region, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) 100% who takes leadership, develops customers, and actively shapes their sales territory.
Your mission:
You are responsible for the professional care and targeted expansion of our existing key customers. You identify market and growth potentials, acquire new customers, and build sustainable, long-term business relationships. With your entrepreneurial thinking, you make a decisive contribution to the further development of your sales territory and to strengthening our market position.
What you can achieve with us:
- Leadership, coaching, and development of 10 field sales employees, including result responsibility
- Ensuring optimal key account management and expanding the customer base
- Personal contact with the most important customers in the sales area
- Participation in sales and cost budgeting
- Enforcement of defined market development concepts
- Leading regional team meetings
- Training and coaching of new and existing employees
- Participation in training sessions, sales trainings, and customer events
- Active optimization of processes and workflows
Your strengths and achievements:
- Completed commercial basic training and further education in business administration, sales, or marketing
- Several years of experience in personnel management
- Sales professional with several years of field sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills and persuasiveness
- Good IT skills
- Native German speaker, good English skills an advantage
- Valid driver's license, high willingness to travel in the area of operation
- High social skills and exemplary customer orientation
- Initiative, flexible and cooperative personality
