Job Description
- Organization and implementation of Occupational Health Management
- Conveying safety and health protection topics to new employees and existing colleagues
- Recording, clarifying, and documenting accidents, near misses, and developing improvement measures
- Organization, documentation, and visual preparation of EHS topics (e.g., Safety Walks, Safety Observations, EHS Boards, Safety Alerts, etc.)
- Participation in EHS reporting
- Conducting conformity assessments according to Machinery Regulation
- Participation in auditing in EHS topics (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISCC+)
- Driving continuous improvement processes and activities
Qualifications
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training and further training as a safety assistant
- Auditor training with the standards ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 50001
- Experience in convincing demanding, quality-oriented contacts through confident communication and reliable working methods
- Knowledge of chemical regulations
- Professional experience in the safety, environmental, and health sector of a manufacturing company
- Good knowledge in the field of machine safety
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
