To strengthen our team at our Corporate Service Center in Dübendorf, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an analytically strong personality to further develop HR controlling as a central management and sparring partner function between HR, Finance and Operations.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for HR reporting as well as the analysis of FTE, headcount, personnel costs, social security and other relevant HR key figures.
• Participation in monthly closings, forecasts, budgeting processes as well as management and board reporting.
• Analysis and commentary on deviations as well as identification of risks and need for action.
• Preparation of meaningful decision-making bases for management, HR and finance.
• Further development of HR key figures, reporting standards and data models.
• Ensuring high data quality and a consistent data basis across HR, payroll and financial systems.
• Conducting productivity, personnel and resource analyses and deriving recommendations for action.
• Responsibility for transparency and control around position planning, resource planning and personnel costs.
• Active sparring partner role for CFO, CHRO, FP&A, business controlling, regional management, executive management and operational units on HR and personnel cost issues.

Your profile

• University degree in business administration, finance, controlling, HR management or comparable qualification.
• Many years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in HR controlling.
• Very good understanding of personnel cost structures, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
• Experience with HR systems, ERP solutions as well as BI and reporting tools.
• Confident handling of Excel and large data volumes.
• Ability to prepare complex issues clearly and communicate appropriately to the target audience.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as high initiative.
