Your role:
For our building law and spatial development department, we are looking for a technically skilled, versatile personality with a flair for structural analysis and shelter construction. On behalf of the municipalities we support, you will independently take on inspection and control tasks related to protective structures and can also tackle exciting topics in building law.
What to expect with us:
- Checking shelter projects and shelter structural analysis
- Reinforcement acceptance of protective structures and final acceptance of completed shelters
- Compensation area planning and management of shelter construction
- Periodic inspection of shelters
- If interested, participation in advising municipal building administrations on construction and planning issues (building law examination of building applications as well as handling related questions and building control activities)
Education / Experience:
- Degree in civil engineering (FH/ETH), structural analysis or reinforced concrete construction, and ideally experience as a testing engineer or shelter control officer
You bring with you:
- Technical understanding of structural and shelter issues as well as interest in building law topics
- Careful, precise working style as well as independent and efficient working methods
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
