What you can achieve:
- Processing event enquiries, preparing offers and confirmations
- Advising customers within the scope of our event offers
- Preparation and planning of the event meeting
- Responsible for coordination between the various departments of the hotel
- Professional guest reception (check-in and check-out)
- Co-responsible for the smooth running of the reception
- Care of guests as well as organisation of individual guest requests
- Managing own cash register / cash reconciliation
- Supporting the team in operational business
- Professional complaint handling
What you bring with you:
- Completed vocational training or experience at the hotel reception / in the event area (mandatory)
- You know your way around Zurich and can advise our guests optimally
- Very good German skills (mandatory) and very good English skills in spoken and written form (level B2) - any other foreign language is a plus
- Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Experience with the reservation system Protel is an advantage
- Flexibility for shifts in early, middle, late shifts as well as on weekends
