We are looking for you as an IT Project Manager 100%!

As an IT Project Manager, you take responsibility for demanding and forward-looking digitalisation and transformation projects. You combine technical understanding with project management and business proximity and actively shape the further development of our application landscape as well as our digital processes.

Your tasks:

• You actively shape the digital transformation by locally implementing group-wide business solutions and executing innovative digitalisation, automation and integration initiatives.
• You analyse business requirements, evaluate technological solution approaches and develop sustainable architecture and implementation concepts from them.
• You modernise our application landscape and promote the use of modern technologies in the areas of process automation, data integration and API-based networking.
• You act as a central interface between specialist departments, group functions and external partners, taking on both professional and technical responsibility.
• You support management with well-founded decision-making bases and influence the strategic further development of our IT landscape through your expertise.

You bring with you:

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable technical field.
• You have experience in leading or coordinating IT projects and move confidently at the interface between business, IT and external partners.
• You have several years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis and advising specialist departments on technological issues.
• You have a solid understanding of modern system and software architectures, data models, interfaces and integration scenarios and also bring practical development experience.
• Even if you are no longer actively developing, you possess the necessary technical depth to assess architecture and technology decisions thoroughly. If necessary, you can familiarise yourself with the code and make adjustments yourself.
• You feel comfortable in both agile and classical project environments; experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools rounds off your profile.
• You convince through curiosity, initiative, analytical thinking and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• You communicate fluently in German and English.
