• You create competitive offers in close cooperation with the vehicle sales and offer team
• You coordinate the offer team and ensure the targeted consolidation of all relevant information
• You manage the entire offer process – from scheduling to moderating meetings to documentation
• You analyze customer requirements, identify risks, and develop appropriate solution strategies
• You accompany offer and contract negotiations and confidently represent our interests

• You have a completed university degree, e.g., in business administration or industrial engineering
• You bring many years of professional experience in the rail industry as well as in bid management – especially in the areas of calculation, pricing, profitability, and risk analysis
• You communicate clearly and convincingly, work independently and responsibly, and present yourself confidently with your winning personality
• You have very good German and good English skills
• You are flexible and ready to work – especially during intense phases of offer submission
