Our Team
For our Client Data & Services department, we are looking for a pragmatic, customer- and solution-oriented individual for a fixed-term assignment starting 1 November to support our well-coordinated and motivated team in the daily digitalisation of physical customer orders in Input Management.
The Role
- Triage of physical incoming mail and processing of physical outgoing mail
- Authorisation of customer applications as well as various documents with the corresponding checks
- Scanning of physical documents for digitalisation and indexing
- Various administrative tasks in the mail area
- Physical archiving and harmonisation with the electronic archive including appropriate corrections
What We Expect
- Completed commercial basic training or equivalent training with a technical flair
- Professional experience in input management or customer service is an advantage
- Native German speaker and foreign language skills (French, English and/or Italian)
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting, independence as well as a sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Willingness to work two or four mornings
