About the job

Ensuring economical and professional management of the entrusted real estate portfolio of operational, commercial, and residential properties
Ensuring optimal conditions regarding real estate and infrastructure for our customers
Leading the department (18 people) according to the guidelines and values of the company management
Member of the regional management
Coordinating the flow of information with internal and external stakeholders
Identifying, managing, and approving upcoming investments and credit applications
Controlling and managing the investment and maintenance budget of the regional infrastructures
Implementing and further developing the management strategies of properties and land reserves in the region
Responsible for the correct preparation and processing of purchase, sale, or rental contracts for real estate and land
Participation in specialist and project groups

Training as an architect, construction manager, and/or site manager with proven practical experience
Advanced professional training and work experience in construction project or real estate management or equivalent professional experience
Comprehensive commercial and business management knowledge as well as analytical and strategic thinking
Proven leadership experience
Experience in buying, selling, renting, and managing real estate as well as working with authorities & lawyers
Affinity for legal regulations in the construction and real estate sector
Driver's license category B
