Shop Manager (Trainee Programme)

We are convinced that personal experience on the sales floor is an essential foundation for future leadership roles in a LAVEBA shop. Our structured training programme enables you to get to know all the tasks that await you as a shop manager in everyday life. In this role, you will be responsible for a LAVEBA petrol station shop after completing the trainee programme. Respect for this task? Don’t worry – our experienced managers and colleagues within the LAVEBA network will support you throughout the entire training and beyond.

• You have completed basic training in retail or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained some leadership experience and enjoy leading and collaborating
• You are strong in communication, committed and demonstrate high social competence
• You are an organisational talent, used to working independently and gladly take on responsibility
• You seek challenges and act as an entrepreneur within the company
• You are flexible and mobile with your car within the framework of the trainee programme and feel at home in Eastern Switzerland
• You bring flexibility and shift work between 5.00 am and 10.00 pm as well as weekend duties are no problem for you

• Career start with leadership responsibilities in retail
• Comprehensive training programme (duration approx. 1 year, depending on experience) with a structured induction plan, varied tasks and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Opportunity to gain practical experience in various LAVEBA shops within LAVEBA LANDI AG in Eastern Switzerland
• Insight into the different business areas of the LAVEBA cooperative group in St. Gallen
• After completing the programme and depending on vacancy, the chance to take on a leadership position as a shop manager
