For our production facility BAER AG we are immediately seeking a committed, reliable and experienced professional (Dairy Technologist) for our cheese dairy.

• operating and monitoring our systems (coagulator & milk processing) as well as changeover and setup work on the systems 
• controlling ongoing production processes, their documentation and quality checks 
• rectifying minor technical faults and maintenance tasks, including cleaning of the surroundings and the workplace
• keeping production logs and complying with hygiene standards
