Your tasks

• Support the AI team in the professional and conceptual integration of AI use cases, mainly using standards (FHIR) for data structuring.
• Organisational support and coordination with the integration team, requirements clarification, story refinement, guidelines.
• Planning developer resources in the integration team in collaboration with the Scrum Master.
• Testing support together with the AI team, agile approach.
• Single point of contact in the area of integrations for the AI team.

Your profile

• Experience in a similar position focusing on FHIR integrations, ideally including AI.
• Completed studies in computer science, medical technology, or similar.
• Good FHIR knowledge, especially FHIR Structure Data Capture and understanding of ISO 13485, MDR, data protection and security, and ideally also SMART-on-FHIR.
• Strong conceptual understanding within a matrix organisation.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Interest and openness to innovation and adaptation to change in software development with AI.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, English (domain knowledge), and ideally also French.
