In this versatile key role, you lead the administration and are responsible for finance, IT, digitalisation and quality management. You optimise processes, lead cross-departmental projects and create transparency for management and the parent company with reliable financial statements, planning and key figures. You support communication and marketing topics. You convince with leadership strength, determination to implement and a pragmatic can-do mentality.
Tasks to be done
- Lead administration: team, responsibilities, efficient processes and internal service quality
- Responsible for finance: general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting; monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; budget, forecast, liquidity and investments
- Further develop IT and digitalisation: system landscape, partners, data security and digital business processes
- Ensure quality management: continuously update and effectively implement QM processes and QM manual
- Lead organisational and development projects: from conception to sustainable implementation
- Contact person for parent company, audit, banks, insurance companies and tax authorities; compliance with legal and internal requirements
- An engaged team supports you in your tasks.
Your skills and strengths
- Several years of experience in a responsible finance role, assured financial closing and leadership experience in administration
- Strong leadership, organisational and project management skills with clear prioritisation and results-oriented implementation
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as confident handling of ERP systems and digital financial processes
- Experience in IT management, digitalisation as well as quality and process management
- High implementation strength and hands-on mentality, assertiveness and communicative leadership style; industry knowledge in trade, building services or construction is an advantage
