Verein Vorsorge Schweiz (VVS)
The Verein Vorsorge Schweiz (VVS) represents the interests of 83 vested benefits and pillar 3a foundations and their clients. As an association, it ensures that these interests are heard. The association also supports the positioning of vested benefits and pillar 3a in the further development of the Swiss pension system. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and communicative personality as Managing Director.
Your Tasks
- Operational and organisational management of the office of Verein Vorsorge Schweiz (VVS)
- Development and implementation of the association's strategy in collaboration with the board
- Representation of the VVS and its members towards authorities, politics, media and other stakeholders
- Promotion and further development of vested benefits and pillar 3a foundations in the Swiss pension system
- Monitoring and analysing political, regulatory and professional developments in the field of pensions
- Building and maintaining networks with relevant partners and institutions with corresponding travel activity and flexibility in working hours
- Organisation and management of member meetings, working groups and events
- Ensuring transparent and efficient communication with members
- Editing statements on political initiatives and consultations
- Responsibility for budget, financial planning and controlling
- Close collaboration with the president and the board in implementing the strategy
Your Profile
- Completed studies in economics, law, social sciences or a related field
- Profound knowledge of the Swiss pension system and affinity for the topic of vested benefits and pillar 3a
- Several years of experience in a leadership role, ideally in associations, an NPO, public affairs or a politically influenced environment
- Proven experience in advocacy, association work, stakeholder management or political communication is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as good editorial skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to analyse complex topics and develop solutions
- High initiative, resilience and team spirit
