The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach elderly and health centres, housing around 130 residents as well as day care, Spitex, assisted living and counselling with a total of around 250 employees, is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. We are looking for a humorous and committed Specialist Responsible for Care & Support to expand our quality team.

Your new tasks

• Professional responsibility with coaching of employees for the implementation of the care process in the departments
• Coaching the teams in complex everyday situations
• Active participation in projects
• Close cooperation with the quality team and the care specialist
• Taking over day and house responsibility on about 8 weekends per year and deployable in all departments

What you bring with you

• Qualification as a certified nurse HF / FH
• At least 3 years of professional experience and motivation to develop further in a specialist responsibility
• Strong social skills and a good flair and enjoyment in coaching employees
• Initiative and courageous leadership desired
• Curiosity, openness to new things and networked thinking
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as good BESA, easyDOK and IT skills
