We are an innovative Spitex company with a lively team culture and care for around 25,000 residents in 10 different municipalities. For summer 2027, we are looking for motivated young talents and offer an exciting
apprenticeship as Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
Your professional everyday life with us
As a Health Specialist EFZ, you can expect a versatile and varied training in outpatient care. You accompany our clients in their daily lives and support them in living as independently and self-determined as possible at home.
In doing so, you take on various nursing and domestic tasks, assist with personal care, perform simple medical-technical procedures, and learn to take responsibility. You will gain exciting insights into different life situations and gradually develop your professional and personal skills.

What you bring with you
- Enjoyment in working with people of all ages and different cultures

- Reliability, sense of responsibility and independence
- Physical and mental resilience
- Good German skills (at least level B2)
- Openness to learn from mistakes and develop further
- Successful completion of compulsory schooling
- Completed trial apprenticeship at Spitex NOA AG
- If under 16 at the start of training, you bring a moped licence
What you should also know
- You are on the move with the e-bike in all weather. Enjoyment of exercise and fresh air is therefore a prerequisite. We provide you with an e-bike, personal rainwear, a helmet and a high-visibility vest.
- An exciting annual apprentice excursion takes place
- With the "ZACK" project, we support you on your way through a smoke-free apprenticeship.
