We are looking for your support as a Procedural Assistant with Additional Function (100%) to complement our team immediately or by arrangement.
Job Description
As a procedural assistant to an investigating public prosecutor / department head, you take on all secretarial and administrative tasks. You independently manage the secretariat. You are responsible for organizing and recording interrogations and the administrative preparation of resolutions and maintain contact with authorities, parties, and third parties. You periodically perform on-call duties on weekends. The role requires independence and good collaboration.
As a department head assistant, you also serve as a point of contact for various organizational matters within the department.
Requirements
You have completed commercial training. Your high typing skills and flawless, confident German are a matter of course. In addition, you have good IT user skills.
You work independently, reliably, and flexibly. Integrity and discretion are natural to you, and you are interested in criminal prosecution. You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational flair. You always find the right tone when dealing with parties involved in the proceedings and interface partners.
