Varied and challenging activity
In this diverse role, you accompany people with health limitations in maintaining their existing workplace or developing a new professional perspective. You advise the insured personally and work out an individual integration plan together with them, based on suitable and effective measures. In doing so, you take on a responsible role in case coordination, ensure accurate documentation, and always keep an overview of all relevant steps. As an important interface between the insured, employers, and insurances, you know how to involve internal and external partners specifically in the integration process and thus enable sustainable solutions.
