The St. Josef retirement home with its 78 beds offers a wide range of care and support services. Our holistic concept combines the St. Josef retirement home, a health centre with internal home care services, and a department for assisted living. You will be able to work in this varied environment in the future.
Area of responsibility
- Taking responsibility for the night shift and ensuring the entire process
- Care documentation
- Professional care, support and advice for elderly nuns and residents
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with all parties involved in care and support
- Promotion of professional long-term care
- Medical-technical tasks
Expectations
- Training as a nurse HF, DN II, DN I, AKP, PsyKP, specialist in long-term care
- Professional experience in care and support
- Communication skills, social competence, empathy and understanding for our elderly nuns and residents
- Teamwork, flexibility, independence and resilience even in hectic and emergency situations
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good PC user skills
