Responsibilities:
- Managing the accounting for various properties, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Preparing heating and ancillary cost statements for rental properties.
- Monitoring rent payments and conducting dunning procedures.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the assigned properties.
- Collaborating with property managers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in accounting or real estate management.
- Professional experience in property accounting or a comparable position.
- Confident use of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good knowledge of tenancy law and dealing with real estate.
- Careful, independent, and reliable working style.
