Your main tasks:

• Perform preventive maintenance on all technical systems including documentation
• Regular rounds, inspections, and measurements
• Troubleshooting, fault finding, and repairs as well as switching of switchgear 
• Accompanying and supervising third-party companies
• Supporting modifications of existing trades and operational optimization measures
• Processing service tickets
• Providing on-call service

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable technical training EFZ in the field of building technology, electronics, automation, or similar
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Authorization according to NIV15 or requirements to obtain it directly
• Proficient PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to work with various internal programs 
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• High customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills
• High independence as well as structured and precise work
• Impeccable reputation
