In close collaboration with our qualified nursing professionals, you will take on the care and support of our clients at home. With your expertise, empathy, and appreciative attitude, you make an important contribution to their quality of life.

Your tasks:

• Care and support of people with mental illnesses and/or dementia in their home environment
• Designing a structured and resource-oriented daily routine
• Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with clients and relatives
• Observing health status and passing on relevant information to the nursing team
• Co-responsibility for ensuring high-quality care
• Promoting self-efficacy, daily structure, and social skills

What we expect from you:

• a completed training as a Health Specialist
• experience or interest in the field of psychiatry and dementia
• enjoyment in working independently and responsibly
• pleasure in dealing with people
• independent, responsible, and reliable working style
• high social competence and enjoyment in relationship work
• very good German or French skills in spoken and written form and the ability to communicate in the other language
