Operations Employee - Premixing (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks:
- Independent production of paints and coatings based on assigned orders as well as timely reporting of deviations according to process (weighing of raw materials, mixing, dispersing, grinding, in-process control and filtering)
- Cleaning of production equipment and corresponding documentation
- Carrying out maintenance and overhaul work
- Assisting in ensuring that all regulations and laws are complied with in the direct area of responsibility
- Identifying optimisation potential and assisting in the development of corresponding improvement proposals
- Handling general tasks according to the task plan and supporting other areas as instructed
Your profile:
- You have completed a vocational training
- You have several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the field of paint or colour production
- Ideally, you hold a forklift licence
- Reliability, punctuality and precise working methods are among your personal characteristics
- You embrace a constructive feedback culture and prefer open communication
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
