Operations Employee - Premixing (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks:

• Independent production of paints and coatings based on assigned orders as well as timely reporting of deviations according to process (weighing of raw materials, mixing, dispersing, grinding, in-process control and filtering)
• Cleaning of production equipment and corresponding documentation
• Carrying out maintenance and overhaul work
• Assisting in ensuring that all regulations and laws are complied with in the direct area of responsibility
• Identifying optimisation potential and assisting in the development of corresponding improvement proposals
• Handling general tasks according to the task plan and supporting other areas as instructed

Your profile:

• You have completed a vocational training
• You have several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the field of paint or colour production
• Ideally, you hold a forklift licence
• Reliability, punctuality and precise working methods are among your personal characteristics
• You embrace a constructive feedback culture and prefer open communication
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
