About the job
The Research Institute for Work and Working Worlds (FAA-HSG) is dedicated to complex questions of (new) work from an interdisciplinary perspective. We are the preferred contact for questions about work, labor law, human resource management, and the organization of work. Research areas at the Wildhaber Chair include contract law, labor law, liability law, life sciences law, risk and innovation, automation, and robotics.
Your tasks
- Collaboration and support in teaching at the bachelor and master levels
- Management of the FAA newsletter on labor law topics
- Collaboration and research on varied and demanding research projects and publications
- Support in the preparation and execution of lectures, seminars, conferences, and workshops
Your profile
- Law degree (lic.iur. or MLaw) and solid general legal knowledge with the right to pursue a doctorate at the University of St.Gallen
- Independence, commitment, determination, team spirit, flexibility, organizational talent, initiative, as well as an efficient and precise working style
- Confident use of MS Office and willingness to learn software applications (e.g., CANVAS)
- Fluent German language skills and good English and/or French language skills
- Ideally experience in processing and preparing legal texts
