• You lead and manage the branch in close cooperation with the area or district management and ensure smooth operations
• You are responsible for achieving the branch targets
• With modern and innovative branch management, you succeed in efficient process optimisation
• You understand and live the sales philosophy of Ochsner Sport and thus help to inspire our customers as well as your employees
• With your sales experience and empathy, you challenge and support the employees optimally to get the best out of them and the branch

• You have a basic commercial education with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in the sports or shoe industry
• At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail, ideally in the sports or shoe industry, are necessary
• Sound industry knowledge in the sports sector is required
• With your organised and structured way of working, you ensure that everything runs efficiently and no details are overlooked
• You have a trained eye for conflicts, deal with them openly and constructively and quickly find solutions to ensure a harmonious working environment
• You master the German language effortlessly; additional national languages are an advantage
