We are looking immediately for a committed Social Worker to strengthen our interdisciplinary team.

Your tasks – versatile & impactful:

Counseling & Support: You assist clients in securing their economic and social existence.
Case Management: You develop individual assistance plans and accompany their implementation.
Networking: Close cooperation with institutions, doctors, and authorities.
Decision-making and individual support: Examination of social assistance claims according to legal requirements considering the individual situation as well as ensuring goal-oriented support and future planning.

Your profile – What you bring:

Completed studies in Social Work (FH) or comparable qualification
Experience within the legal framework of social services (advantageous)
Empathetic personality with high counseling competence, assertiveness, and the ability to remain calm and keep an overview even in complex situations
