Your Tasks

• Independent management of mandates in the areas of accounting, taxes and payroll administration
• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Consulting and support of our customers in business management issues
• New customer acquisition
• Leadership and development of a small team of employees
• Active participation in the further development of our internal processes

Your Profile

• Completed training in the field of trust, ideally with a trust specialist certificate or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Sound knowledge in the areas of accounting, taxes and payroll administration
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
