In our team "Corporate Clients Market Switzerland" we are responsible for the customer segment "Top 5000." We acquire and manage larger/large companies headquartered outside the Zurich economic area. The primary focus is on the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for several experienced client advisors. This includes, on the one hand, prospects who want to take care of our existing customers and their development. On the other hand, we want to expand our customer relationships in the regions of Northwestern Switzerland, Eastern Switzerland, and Bern/Espace. Accordingly, acquirers or client advisors with an existing network in the mentioned regions are also sought.
Your tasks
- Manage and advise an existing, attractive, and highly demanding corporate client portfolio with development prospects
- Activate your existing network or actively acquire corporate clients in the described segment in the regions of Northwestern Switzerland, Eastern Switzerland, or Bern/Espace
- Manage corporate clients outside the Zurich economic area, recognize their needs, and successfully exploit the potential in financing, investments, cash management, and other banking services
- Build a comprehensive network through a communicative nature and competent appearance and consistently expand the customer relationship targeted at the C-level
- Work across departments to implement holistic customer development by utilizing cross-selling opportunities
Your profile
- Many years of experience in corporate banking (focus on Top 5,000 segment)
- Advanced education (professional certificate, HF, Bachelor, Master, or equivalent degree)
- Several years of experience in independently managing a commercial client portfolio
- Broad knowledge in commercial banking (assessment of company creditworthiness, deep understanding of the customer’s value chain)
- Good knowledge of all other banking businesses (basic services, investments, pension, cash management, etc.)
- Winning personality and confident in dealing at the C-level - willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Fluent German and good English skills
